Membership Policy

At the present time, this website offers memberships of different types based on their duration – monthly, 2 months and 3 months. The client has an option to choose any of the plans in starting and gets an option to upgrade to a higher plan within 7 days of starting of services. This 7-day window acts as trial period.

  • The enrolled client will not be able to get a discounted (2-month and 3-month) plan once the trial period ends.

  • The prices of the plans may change without any prior notice; however, the clients currently enrolled in their respective plans will not be charged extra.

  • Any plan, once bought, cannot be cancelled. It can, however, be adjusted or postponed towards future date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any plan, once bought, cannot be cancelled. It can, however, be adjusted or postponed towards future date.

  • Plans bought online or at clinic cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

  • Diet products, once sold, cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds shall be issued for any plan; however, the amount can be adjusted against services in future.
